Shipping policy

General Shipping Policies:

After checking out, once your payment has gone through, you will receive a confirmation email with your order summary. Please check your junk/spam folders as sometimes emails from us can end up there.

As it's just me on my own processing, packaging and fulfilling orders, It usually takes me a few days to process and package orders and ship out shop orders either every week or two weeks. Please allow 2 weeks to receive a “Fulfilled” email with your tracking number (if an International Order). Again please check your junk/spam folders.

Please note: Order fulfilment time does not equal shipping times. Please see below for average shipping times in your country.

All Domestic (United Kingdom) orders are either sent as Standard 48 or Tracked 48 shipping. If you choose Tracked UK Shipping at checkout, you will receive the tracking number for your item in your Fulfilment Email once your order gets mailed. 

Tracked UK Shipping will get delivered within 48h and have compensation for up to £75.

All International orders are sent out with Tracked Shipping. All international orders are eligible for a replacement order in the case of a lost/damaged package in transit. 

When Will I Get My Order?

Estimated shipping times vary for different destinations. Domestic orders (within the UK) may take 2-5 business days to arrive. International orders may take between 1-8 weeks to arrive.
